


Wire Harness Assembler

Come and join a dedicated team of experts at building world-class wiring harnesses for many different customers, including the Defense Department. We assemble and test all types of wiring harnesses from drawings, templates and work instructions. Training is provided. Attention to detail and reliability are essential.
Duties and Responsibilities: The general assembler role entails the cutting & stripping of wires, terminal application, running a braider, running ultrasonic welding machine, soldering, sleeving, heat-shrinking, taping, testing, measuring, quality workmanship, and the general assembly of the finished part. Excellent manual dexterity, ability to read small print, and ability to read English (blueprints, work instructions, tables, schematics, measuring instruments, test equipment, etc) are necessary.
Supervision Received: Shift Supervisor provides direction and assistance.
Physical Requirements: May be required to lift 40+ pounds, twisting, turning, standing for long periods
Minimum Experience Desired: Some manual assembly work.
Preferred Experience Desired: Assembly experience within the wire harness industry.
