CSR/Estimator/Inside Sales
Job Purpose: The three-pronged role is designed to prioritize customer responsiveness at Heale Mfg. for POs and RFQs, enabling the Company to grow its revenue with existing and new customers.
Working Hours: 40 hours; 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Location: In Office, Waukesha, WI
Division / Department: Customer Service/Sales/Estimating
Reports To: President
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service Portion: Track customer orders, handle changes in delivery, develop pricing, resolve problems, and effectively communicate. Estimating portion: Responsible for creating quotes from incoming customers’ and prospects’ inquiries by working with our vendors to obtain quotes on parts with the best lead time and best price. Inside sales portion: Find new business opportunities and help the company double its size in the next three years.
Become very proficient in using the in-house ERP system (M1) for order tracking, quotation development, and vendor pricing requests.
Qualifications
Minimum Experience
Must have strong customer communication skills (written & verbal), solid math skills, attention to detail, understanding of pricing, and experience in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Experience Requirements

Prior customer service and inside sales responsibilities

Knowledge of quoting/costing process

Knowledge of wire harness industry production capabilities and processes

Experience with ERP software systems, Adobe
Minimum Education Requirements
Associate degree in accounting, business, mathematics, electronics, or related field.
Preferred Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, mathematics, electrical engineering, or a related field.

Experience in reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, harnesses, or related components and fixtures.
